Information we collect

Account identifiers from Discord and Roblox, server membership, join history and limited device signals needed to detect alternate accounts.

Data is used only to detect alts, link related accounts, prevent ban evasion and power reports for server staff.

We never sell your data. It is only visible to staff of servers you join that use Alter, and to service providers that help us run Alter.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to what is necessary to operate the service.

We keep data only as long as needed for detection and safety. Records tied to bans may be kept longer to prevent evasion.

You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting the Alter team. Some records may be kept where required for safety.
